Für die neue europäische Trägerrakete Ariane 6 wird auf dem Weltraumbahnhof Kourou in Französisch-Guyana eine neue Startanlage gebaut. Zentrale Bauwerke der Startanlage werden der Starttisch und der Versorgungsmast für die Rakete sein. Der Starttisch dient als Plattform für die Rakete, muss die Belastung aus dem Start abtragen und beinhaltet umfangreiche technische Ausstattung. Der Mast ist bis zum Start für die Versorgung der Rakete verantwortlich und ebenfalls mit umfangreichen Überwachungsgeräten ausgestattet. Beide Bauwerke sind komplexe Stahlkonstruktionen. Nachfolgend wird auf die Planung sowie die Fertigung dieser beiden Konstruktionen eingegangen und die einzelnen Bauteile werden detailliert beschrieben.

Planning and production of the Ariane 6 launch table and umbilical mast.
New launch facilities for the future European Ariane 6 launcher are under construction at the spaceport Kourou in French Guyana. The launch table and the umbilical mast for the rocket will be essential buildings of the launch facilities. The launch table is functioning as a platform for the rocket, has to withstand the load of the rocket during launch, and contains extensive technical equipment. Until the launch the mast has to guarantee the umbilical connections of the rocket, moreover it is equipped with extensive monitoring devices. Both structures are complex steel structures. The planning and the production of the mentioned constructions and their individual components are hereafter described in detail.
