Bei der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten bestehen unterschiedliche Risiken, die sich alle auf die Baukosten auswirken. Das größte Risiko besteht im Unvorhersehbaren, das quantitativ nicht ermittelt werden kann. Auch andere Einflussgrößen lassen sich nicht oder nur schwer erfassen. Der Beitrag behandelt die externe und interne Risiken in der Projektabwicklung sowie bauvertragliche Risiken aus Planersicht.
