Die BIM-basierte Methode der Projektabwicklung befindet sich aktuell im Infrastrukturbau - insbesondere in der Ausführungs- und Erhaltungsphase - noch in der Erprobung. Das Projekt Verfügbarkeitsmodell A 10/A 24 wurde in diesem Zusammenhang von der Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH (DEGES), in Vertretung des Lands Brandenburg und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, als eines der nationalen Pilotprojekte zur Vorbereitung und Erprobung des vom Stufenplan Digitales Planen und Bauen vorgegebenen Leistungsniveaus 1 im Verkehrswegebau ausgeschrieben und vergeben. Es handelt sich um das erste Pilotprojekt, bei dem Planung, Ausführung und Erhaltung mit BIM aus einer Hand erfolgen. Das Vorhaben geht also mit einem in die operativen Prozesse integrierten BIM-Ansatz bis in die Erhaltung über die Erfahrungen der bisherigen Pilotprojekte des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur (BMVI) hinaus. Im Folgenden werden erste Erkenntnisse aus der Implementierung und Umsetzung dieses BIM-Projekts vorgestellt.

BIM in highway construction using the example project “Availability model A 10/A 24”
The BIM method is still in the test phase in civil engineering - especially in the implementation and maintenance phase. In this context, the PPP A 10/A 24 project was tendered and awarded by the Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH (DEGES), in representation of the State of Brandenburg and the Federal Republic of Germany, as one of the national pilot projects for the preparation and testing of the performance level 1 in highway construction specified in the roadmap for digital design and construction. This is the first pilot project in which design, execution and maintenance are carried out with BIM from a single source. The project goes with this BIM approach far beyond the experience of the previous pilot projects of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI). Initial findings from the implementation and realization of the project will be presented.
