Das niederländische Unternehmen Kranendonk hat mit seiner vollautomatischen Fertigungsanlage “Beam Assembly Line” eine Roboteranlage entwickelt, welche Stahlträger nicht nur in Serienfertigung zusammenbaut, sondern auch Einzelfertigungen effizient und wirtschaftlich rentabel macht. Die selbstständige Fördermethode, eine intelligente Sensortechnik und 3D-Kameras gekoppelt mit einer Software, die nicht mehr programmiert werden muss, sorgen bei der Anlage für rasant schnelle, profimäßig zusammengebaute Stahlträger.

The Dutch company Kranendonk has developed a fully automatic robotic production line with their “Beam Assembly Line”, which not only builds steel beams in serial production, but also makes single-part production efficient and economically profitable. The independent conveying method, intelligent sensor technology and 3D cameras, coupled with a software that no longer needs to be programmed, a rapid, high-quality assembly of steel beams.
